Exceptional staff service makes difference

The staff's friendly demeanor made every interaction delightful, especially with JJ, who always greeted us with a smile. The hotel's location was also very convenient near public transport.

The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable, which was a bit disappointing during the warm nights.

Sweet as, the spot’s handy to the Ploenchit BTS, but that swimming pool needs a serious clean! The staff were friendly, which was a bonus.

Group of friends, great stay!

The staff were helpful,, especially Yok and Sai who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The complimentary tuk-tuk service to the BTS was a lifesaver, making our trips into town easy and efficient.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the quality, it was more than acceptable.

Just a nice choice for a stopover in Bangkok with excellent value for money. The staff, especially Mr Tee, made my stay feel special and hassle-free. Make sure to check out the gym while you're there.

We enjoyed the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. The spacious room came with a balcony where my kid loved playing. The friendly staff even offered a refreshing welcome drink to start our stay on a high note. We also appreciated the fitness center’s equipment for some family workouts.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be more varied.
